My view on how I learn changed
There are lots of learning theories and styles these are for individual, for group, for social and for some others. But the above theories are subject to change according to the situation. When I learned I did not know any theories or styles now I am able to relate these with the learning theories and styles.
In my early schooling they were only one teacher up to the grade 5. He was a Tamil language teacher but he taught mathematics and English also, he had the difficulties to teach these two subjects but especially in English. Those days when we look at the others we had an eager to study (Maslow, Pandora) therefore we discuss with the others and learned at school and home most of the time we learned through cooperative learning.
Later in my secondary teachers put me on truck according to their guidance I started to learn the way they have shown to me. And my style was performing, practicing, seeing visuals, listening and doing practicals. At this stage I prefer mathematics that is mathematics became my favorite subject therefore I started to learn about connecting, reasoning, relating, communicating and logical thinking. Actually it came through my learning.
In the upper secondary my learning style was constructivism later on the degree and further studies adult learning theories and practice applicable. During the degree time no hopes or expectation or direction just study and pass after that searching a job and job related studies, later managing the family and learning through job .Now only I am able to connect with the theories and will be able to use the knowledge in the instructional designing practice.
Personal learning preferences and various learning theories and learning styles
Adult learning theories, motivation, online learning theories, group discussion, assignment and comment on the others work is the methods we also used but the way of organizing and using little different .these are explaining very well about my learning preference .further intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and self guided learning is the key to personal learning preference. As an adult I am working as a multi duty clerk, therefore my learning preference is directed by the job as Maslow to fulfill and get satisfied on the jobs. My Learning style is logical reasoning and proving, practicing and testing because as a person involved in the mathematics curriculum those are the ways now I know how to use multiple intelligence and integration of subjects on Connectivism and constructivism.
The role of technology play in my learning
The role of technology play a very little role in my early education we used a radio on those days. Later stage I used television and radio not computers ,later during the degree period I learned little about computer fundamentals when I start my carrier as a teacher also very little technology I used for learning and teaching process. But now a day’s especially after I started to do the online degree at Walden University I am turned towards the technology. In my carrier lack of technology knowledge and my commitment to my work lead a failure in the online degree which I am following but in future I will be recover it.

Network changed the way of my learning
In simply I can tell that my learning style had been changed according to my work style. I thing normally almost all the peoples are doing the same, because it is quite natural. Three years ago I was a teacher but now I perform curriculum designing, monitoring, training, designing, planning and implementing as an instructional designer for mathematics. For these purposes I had to change my learning style. Since as an instructional designer I should know
Current trends and issues in mathematics education.
New and alternative methodologies of teaching and learning.
Changes necessary to the present curriculum.
New and alternative techniques of assessment and evaluation for the subject mathematics
Subject matters of Mathematics.
The above reasons are sufficient enough to me change my learning network as shown above.
The digital tools best facilitate learning for me
Integrated computer technology is the digital tool mostly helpful for learning. Particularly the search engine is the best tool. As an adult learner learning is self directed and already we have some relevant knowledge. And when we go through the new thing we have to check the validity and other related articles for this we have to do global search from my place of work. Not only reading but also we can express our opinions, comments and make a discussion by using web 1.0 and 2.0. also Wikipedia ,wikis spaces ,geometric sketch pad,SPSS, Encarta and virtual libraries are the most helpful are the other best digital tools which are used by me
Gaining new knowledge when we have questions
When I have question, if I know the subject then I have to recall my knowledge and try to solve it. If I feel anything uncomfortable or then I have to search for the similar situation or discuss with the others. If I don’t know the subject I have to learn it first. For the above two purposes web1.0, web 2.0 will be helpful.
Ways of my personal learning network support or refute the central tenets of Connectivism
When we learn we should know how to connect the subjects within the subject and with other subjects. Also we should know it how to apply and use it with the real world .if we have or developed that capacity then we can say we have the capacity to connect .that is mean we have developed the Connectivism
